Workmanship

Built to exact tolerances

Neck joints, truss rod systems, and fret crowning are executed to precise measurements, and each step is visible in the finished instrument.

Tonewoods

Selected for resonance and stability

Tonewoods are cured and selected for resonance, density, and dimensional stability before they enter production.

Necks and fingerboards are checked for grain orientation and tapped for tone, so each piece is assessed before it is joined.

Finishing

Thin finishes, open tone

Finishes are applied thin to preserve acoustic response and tactile comfort across the body contours and neck.

Oil stage

Hand-rubbed oil is worked into the wood in thin coats to keep the surface open.

Satin lacquer

A satin lacquer is applied sparingly where protection is needed, keeping the feel smooth and comfortable.

Final inspection

Each instrument is checked for finish consistency before it leaves the workshop.
